Operation of misting fan system
The misting fan is an accessory that provides immediate and regular well-being. But what’s behind this high-performance device?
How the device works
So that the droplets absorb the ambient heat, the equipment adapts to your needs. If you choose to add a timer to your misting system, you can trigger misting as and when you wish. You only consume what you need. It’s an economical and environmentally-friendly way to cool your home. The 150cm misting fan system by O’fresh covers an area of 50 m². The fan features 3 speeds and oscillates, diffusing a light mist for up to 5 hours. Its height can be adjusted between 120 and 150 cm. A more powerful model measuring 180 cm is suitable for larger surfaces or professionals. Numerous models are available, with different performances for indoor use.
Installation steps
It’s easy to get the unit working in your own home. If you choose the wall-mounted model, remember to secure the equipment properly. Other models are virtually ready-to-use, and come on castors to take you anywhere. You’ll need a nearby tap or garden hose for the water supply. The location you choose should allow you to attach the unit without any major work. To enjoy the benefits on a terrace, opt for a roof-mounted unit overlooking your living space.
Limited consumption
Whether for outdoor or indoor use, water consumption is not significant. On average, you’ll need less than 5 liters of water for ten hours of operation when the unit is used indoors.
